I recently had the pleasure of photographing the owner of the amazing Fifth Town Cheese, Petra Cooper and her daughter, for an article in September's edition of Reader's Digest. Being shown the cheese factory and having to shoot down in the cellar's was a lot of fun, although it was difficult to breath at times. It was also great to shoot at Capricorn View Farms in Bloomfield. Sonja and Dino Iannuzzi do an awesome job producing the goats milk used for Fifth Town's cheese.
